CAN WE SAY MONEY = HAPPINESS

    By Amit Sharma | POVs | 0 comment | 16 August, 2020 | 4

I see a lot of online content discussing career, success, etc. and end of it , all these ultimately revolves around making money.
Definitely money making is important , after all money is crucial for a comfortable living and lifestyle . Money is one crucial factor of happiness, you can say
    Money + Comfort = Happiness

But ironically or in reality, Statistics say 98% people with money and comfort lacks happiness.

What could be the reason of such contrasting Difference?

The reason for lacking happiness among people could be

    * Chasing surplus money without any logical goal in mind . That’s the reason Why most rich people end up into discomfort, ecstasy, anxiety, and loneliness
    * Since they don’t know how much they want to earn, their entire life is wasted in earning.
    * Over the period they lose friends, good moments with family leading to discomfort and loneliness.
    * They lose health because wealth was their priority
    * They work like machine and without any goals, they are after money and for money people run after positions/designations, this brings anxiety/ecstasy . These brings in performance pressure, ruins mental comfort and deteriorates quality of life.

What do we do to get happiness along side money?
    * Set goals to calculate money required to have a good house, car, international vacation, kids’ education, marriage, donation to society, certain legacy
    * Keep the balance to earn money, health, and time for friends and family
    * Once goals are set and one tries achieving that to bring in happiness and contentment, mental and physical health comes in naturally.
